KFC ****MERS!!!!!!

I bought an online promotional meal on Friday 23 Feb 2024..The payment went off my account. My order was never delivered. When I followed up with the restaurant I ordered from (KFC Westgate) they said they don't my order on their system. Does this mean KFC has joined the list of ****mers? Paid for something that I didn't receive, didn't even get refunded 🤬🤬🤬
