Kfc meredale pathetic service.

Kfc meredale's service is pathetic. I'm always there after 6 and I find 1 person on the counter. Today 2019/06/18 I waited for 20 min just to get to the counter. During this time I spoke to the manager (Michelle) who told me 5 people didn't pitch for work and only 1 stove is working. I then explained to her the this is a norm here as I always shop here and the service is pretty much the same. So I'm not buying her story and she said there's nothing she can do. After 20 min, I got to the counter and I was told there is no chicken. I have to wait 10 minutes for the chicken and there is many orders before mine. It took me about 40 min to get out of there and this is ridiculous. Something needs to be done. More staff and working equipment will do.
