KFC Merebank the worst place, pathetic service and incompetencies by the staff

On the 02/07/2025 I went to kfc in Merebank at 18:55 they tapped me bank card for a meal I wanted to purchase however according to them my card declined due to network they tried 3 other times and it still declined they said I wasn't charged however I was and they refused to give me my ordering spent over an hour there trying to explain that the transaction went through the manager of the store was rude, unhelpful and extremely unprofessional she said there was nothing she could do and kept walking away leaving us unattended she had no understanding what so ever and made it seem like we were lying and refused to contact anyone higher than her, according to her she was the last point of contact and there was no one else that she could contact regarding this issue she reported directly to head office and that part of the time they were closed. I can't understand how she even got the job of managing a whole store with no education of how customer service goes it's because of people like her we lose hope in even going to the store no matter how hard we tried to make her understand explaining it was our families supper and I had a 16 year old child at home with a 73 year old mother she had no sense of understanding it's pathetic I will no longer be purchasing from there even if I have no choice I'd rather eat bitter bread
