KFC mercury road disater

we went to KFC on mercury road in boksburg last night at about 9 PM, it took lamost an hour to recieve our food, and the staff including the manager was disgusting and completely arrogant. when we asked what is taking so long got no response then when we finally got to the recieving window, we were told chicken will take 4 mintues 15 min later we recieved our order and when we again asked what took so long as we were told 4 min the lady said well she said 4 min and walked away. while the cars were quing up coz they couldnt care less they were all standing in the corner including the manager chatting away, people actually left because of the poor service. you have just renovated this branch maybe you need to renovate the staff as well and put staff that actually want to the job and will assit. this should be closed down its absolutly digusting to wait almost an hour for small pops, street wise 2 and a box master. there were at least 8 cars in the que.
