KFC menu too great for customer service...the usual in SA

Bad service, no better than the one in Wilrogate, JHB..thought I'd have a better experience in Cape Town....surpise, staff just as bad with " I don't give a **** attitude!! 3x female staff members chatting away with one male customer while I wait like an unwanted desease! KFC..u better start taking customer service seriously should you want to make it in these economic times!
