KFC Menlyn Mall overcharge customers

I got over charged for items that I didn't ask for at KFC Menlyn Mall. The person that took my order was Hlekani the manager on duty was Pinky. Her defence was that she gave me the other item bottom line is I didn't get what I ordered I was over charged for something I didn't ask for it wanted. I phoned Quintis which I was told is the area Manager for Menlyn he was full of nice words and promises but now 3 days later still no response from him or KFC his service is just as bad as KFC Menlyn
