Kfc menlo park

I placed an order for dinner tonight. After almost 2 hours i still did not receive my order. I spent about 30 minutes on calls back and forth with no joy. The shop said they dont have drivers for the delivery. The customer care keeps putting the call on hold for ridiculously long times and still does not resolve my issue. I paid for a meal and did not receive anything.
