KFC Melrose Crossing pathetic service

I ordered from the KFC app from KFC Melrose Crossing, all I got was a sloppy wet undercooked burger. I reported the matter on Google reviews and got a response from KFC customer care requesting contact details and I forwarded them to this day I didn't get even a "sorry". Besides that people deserve to know that no matter how desperate you're don't buy from this kfc the service is terrible.
