KFC meals delivered without cooldrinks

My colleagues and I ordered KFC on Friday. <br> <br> The ordered arrived 1 hour later. without the cooldrinks, when I called the number, I spoke to a call center agent. Who then contacted the store and then another call centre agent called me back and said that the driver will send the cooldrinks soon.<br> <br> We never received it!<br> <br> It was such a mission to follow up as I HAD to call the call centre, the call centre would then call the store and then call me back, even if I needed to know how long the food will or if it has left already.<br> <br> This process of KFC delivery has so many glitches and it is such a process.
