KFC Meadowlands BP GARAGE Bring back my money

KFC Meadowlands in Bp garage. Service there is very poor! I went there on the 28 of May 2024 to buy 15 pieces, they said the speed point wasn’t working on drive thru I must get in. I went in stood on the line when I got to the cashier she told me I must use the machine outside and order for myself because I’m using a card, I went to the machine ordered and payed but did not get the receipt. I went to the lady on the till asked for the slip she said she did not get my slip, and she said that means I did not pay so she she said I must start afresh with the transaction I asked her to come check on the machine because my phone was off I couldn’t check if the money went out. She insisted that I do again. I did again then I decided to charge my phone to check my banking app only to find that I payed twice. I asked for the manager since the said the lady who did this mess was gone. The manager took very long to come and she did not assist me. She said she agrees that they double billed me but I need to go print the proof of account and come back tomorrow and I told her I can’t do that I’m from Pretoria where am I gonna get the money to come back. She did not help me. As I’m speaking kfc owes me 230.

Another thing that puzzled me was the fact that all staff members there are very rude, they don’t wear their name tags I mean how do you serve us without a name tag.
