KFC MEADOWLANDS BAD SERVICE, NO DELIVERY AND NO REFUND

On the 16th December 2022 we bought a meal, consisting of 2 colonel burger meals and 9 piece bucket at KFC Meadowlands, around 19:40. We paid for the meals and waited, for them to call after an hour to apologies and tell us that our order was delayed and it should arrive in next 30 min in Fleurhof, we waited for the driver to arrive. He called around 9:30 to tell us he's lost but he is close we should wait at the gate of our complex though he's supposed to drive in. We waited at the gate until load shedding hit at 10pm and we went back to the house. We aren't sure if he called after because during loadshedding signal is bad. We then after loadshedding at 00:00 at night received an sms saying our order was cancelled. Kids slept hungry and disappointed at us, we were more than upset. We've been expecting refund since then till today. We are disappointed at your service and demand our money back.
