KFC ****** me

I ordered food on the KFC online portal around 8pm on the 05/06/2023, the driver marked it as delivered around 23:56, and it was supposed to be delivered around 9pm. I have been calling their customer care all morning it says lime congested, i emails no one got back to me, i called the store and spoke to a foreigner who is a manager he does not even have managerial skills he didnt even ask for the order, he said they dont do delivery his name is Tendai, he didnt even know about the company's policy and was not willing to help at all.
