KFC Maynard mall a dissapointment

Dissapointed at a cashier with a very stinking attitude, a customer with disabilities took time to fetch his order for like 30 seconds late and the cashier took it to herself that he came late, so she dicided to punish him by not serving hom his ready made meal, instead she ignored him on the counter till i intervened. And her justification is that she waved a hand to the disabled patron, 30 seconds patience was lacking and her attitude doesnot ahow any respect or remorse of what she did as she believes she was right. This is really disturbing and dissapointing as customers purchase food with their own money and deserve respect.
