KFC mash very bad

Yesterday we bought a family fiesta from KFC Viking in Johannesburg. When arriving at home opening the order we noticed that the mash was very bland the mash was only full of mash and no gravy. We have ordered at other kcfs and never experienced such. The mash was not even ediable, I will not go and buy at that KFC again
