KFC Marlboro - Terrible service

I went to KFC by Marlboro, when i got to the front of the queue i requested for assistance from the cashier, Nancy. As she was talking to another cashier, she ignored me and continued with her conversation. When another customer came to purchase, she went and assisted another customer without assisting me. I then requested for her supervisor/manager and she advised that they were not in store. I went out back to the drive way to request for the manger/supervisor (Margret), she smiled said she was coming but she did not. Sometime later the security came and asked me to leave the premises. On the next day i went to report Nancy and the then supervisor/manager, was told we would be contacted on Monday when the manager is in store. I have not received any form of communication from the manager advising of the receival of the complaint.
