KFC Marlboro - Disgusted and Unprofessional

I am very unhappy and disgusted with the treatment we received last night at KFC. We waited in the drive- thru for almost 45 minutes because 1 window was open and everything was done there, even waiting for food. By the time we got there the lady who was assisting us was busy eating and talking to us with her mouth full of food and you could even see food on the side of the mouth and she didn't seem to care but it was disgusting and unprofessional. When we placed our order we were told they don't serve crushers after 10 and I explained that we got there before 10 but they took long to help the people in front of me then I asked the lady to call the manager for us so I can explain to her, but the manager didn't seem to care and said its after 10 and she wont sell us crusher's after 10. I don't understand why 1 window was open not all windows, that slowed down everything and there is nowhere were it says crusher's aren't sold after 10 while they still selling food, for the fact that we got there on time before 10 we should have been able to buy because it's not our fault that their service was very slow in festive!
