KFC Market Stree

It is amazing how pathetic the service levels at kfc at KFC Market Street, Cnr Fleet St & Drury Ln Market Square, East London Cbd, East London, 5200

I requested for a qoute of 43 street wise 2 and mini loaves. I need the qoute to have a round figure for approvals at my work place. I stood for 30-45 minutes to get an answer that says we can't give you quotation because thier quotation book is finished or they cannot even do something on kfc business letter head.

The answer was sorry I cannot help you. I worked with kfc Willowvale a very small town and they understood our request there was no hustle like the 1 in East London. The manager even went to extent to say she's busy with the auditor. I did mention that auditors do know that you work with customers and customers come 1st.

A simple request as a quotation gets a customer to wait 30-45 minutes. Such a terrible service.
