KFC MAPONYA BAD SERVICE

I purchased a meal for my birthday and I did not receive the service I paid for, firstly the order was an hour late, the order was not correct, was given an oreo krusher and I ordered very berry and secondly, the chicken patty was hard as a rock and cold,I complained online and on the Facebook channel no assistance from KFC its like my money went down the drain and I want my money back or the service I paid for.
