KFC Mandeni at the mall
I have never experienced a KFC that is so useless like the KFC in Mandeni, I had to wait for an hour plus for my order. When ever you ask the staff they are just rude, it is not the first time. They take advantage that people don’t complain and just stand in these ridiculous queue with no explanation. We use our hard earned money to buy this KFC and the service we get is really not fair.This is the KFC at the mall useless is an understatement this crazy

12 Mar 2026, 21:53After I finally got my order, I checked if my order was correct as expected there was an item missing, she then asks me to give her money to add what was missing, number 1 she teared my slip and I have no way to confirm if my item was included or not fine I give her the money while she was ringing I asked her how long will my item take. She ignores and got the item from the rack warmer thing. I asked for her name she told me I must just wait she continued with what she was doing hoping I will leave. I asked for her manager lucky he heard and came through asked for her name the manager said the rude lady’s name is Nandipha in the KFC Mandeni Mall.i am very angry 😡 this is not right they are so use treating people like this.Service is extremely bad😡😡😡
