KFC Managers Exploiting Staff

For the past year or so I noticed that KFC management at Elardus Park and Waterglen are exploiting their staff to fool their own system. They would let a staff member stand outside (In the cold and even at night) and stop the cars before the order booth. This will not trigger their timer system. They will then take payment and ask you to proceed directly to the collection booth. When you get there, I was asked many times to go and park in parking area and wait for my food which I refused! I confronted the managers of both branches, they knew exactly what was going on and gave me ludicrous answers for their behavior. When I threatened to phone their area manager, they quickly apologised and said they would stop this practice. It is still going on to this day! Is this how you do business? Is it perhaps your area manager that are forcing branch managers to do this all for the sake of fooling the system and bragging with excellent delivery times when in fact both branches are useless!
