KFC manager turning customers away even when there is food they want

The staff was rude when I was purchasing a meal I usually purchase with no issues at KFC Parkview in Pretoria East , the cashier sent me to the manager who's name is Siphokazi Maxene who told me she will not help me not because what I wanted was not there but because she wanted to prove that her word goes. I asked her if I should go even through what I was buying was available, and a she said yes. So she basically turned a customer away, not just a customer but a regular one at that. I will never buy from this KFC again since they don't need our money and customers words are not important
