KFC manager refuses to give me my refund back!!!

I am very angary and disappointed with the service I have gotten from KFC. On Friday the 29th of September I bought a meal costing R74.90 from KFC in Claremont CBD, the manager helped me. I was paying using the rewards app called TUyu, which I have used numerous times at this KFC. Firstly she did not how the app works, one of her staff expel bed to her how it works. She finally asked for the code to help me and according to her the transaction did not go through. I have screenshots of the transport proving that it went through. She told I should wait 4 hours maybe the money would be reversed back and she will call me to follow up. It ha been 3 days and he hasn't called me and still refusing to pay me money back.
