KFC manager not customer centric!!!

I went to KFC main road Wynberg to get lunch last week Thursday and waisted 20 minutes of my time waiting for my food and my lunch is only 30 minutes.

I called the following day and spoke to the manager who advised that there was a problem with the stove, I gave her a Benefit of the doubt and placed another order for my lunch and asked her to have my food ready for me when I get there.

When I got there she was no where to be found and had not prepared my meal nor had she asked the staff to do so.

I am very disappointed at this service and will be hesitant to use this store going foward.
