KFC Management Rude and Poor Customer Service

KFC Bela Bela has the worst Customer Service of any KFC in SA

First i Order Online a 9 piece bucket and 4 zinger burgers luckily i didnt pay because once we Arrived they tell us they dont have burgers but they accept the online order? They in actual fact never have burgers!!! I then go on to cancel that order and order the 10 piece family treat, the Manager Called Leenah then tells me that for the sides they cant give Burgers but they can replace them with chicken Pops, i then said its okay im willing to compromise if they will swop the coleslaw with mash and gravy as well, The Manager bluntly refused to do that for us although they have done it numerous times in the past as we frequently order the family treat? And then the rudeness of Leenah the so called Manager was just a bonus on top of the bad service. KFC will never see me or my family again!!!!
