KFC mams mall manager really takes clients for granted

Today I got the worst service ever at KFC Mams mall. I contact KFC customer service on ***and they gave me the following number. To contacts KFC mams mall ***. I contacted the number and the lady who answered the phone said it's KFC Maponya mall 😳 I was shocked by that time I was driving from Mhlanga to Mamelodi. I called again and the phone was not answered. I got to the mall went to KFC and asked for their number. A lady by the name of Kamogelo gave me the very same number I got from KFC customer service ***. I asked who answers the phone in the store. She went at the back and took long she came back and still **** to me that it's not their number. I asked why would you lie when you gave me the number which customer service also gave me 🤔. I asked for the manager, The manager came and also **** to me. He did not even bother to apologize he also made things worse. And made a fool out of me and boldly told me that *** is not their number.

I was so frustrated and angry and could not get any help. I feel belittled and undermined by the manager and his staff.
