KFC Mamelodi Crossing is one of busiest KFCs in Pretoria. It enjoys long queues that spill out into the parking lot and a drive thru that even blocks the centre traffic flow. That is how good the customer flow and sale are. Yet they demonstrate an reciprocal attitude towards the very Mamelodi communities and visitors. 1. As loyal customers, the KFC does not deliver the full services and products as advertised by the KFC franchise. We are ****** because that KFC doesn't part take in the App specials and instore deals as advertised and promised. Other KFCs outside the township ethically keep the promise to their valued customers and they enjoy a trustworthy satisfying full service that they are promised and they pay for.

2. KFC Mamelodi Crossing/Denlyn claims they are out of small and medium size sides or meal combos and we are forced to upsize and pay more money.

3. While clearly enjoying the profits, the business uses stale oil even with the amount of trafic they enjoy.

I am reporting this as *********. This is as disrespectful, unkind, ******, promotes segregation and hardship on poor communities. This kind of atrtitude and dealings of entrepreneurs milking their customers without giving back contributes to the burden on the progress of this country, on black people and the township economy and the greater economy.
