KFC MALVERN - DISGUSTING! ; STAY AWAY!

<p>My visti to KFC in Malvern ; Queensburgh refers :<br />Friday ; 25/11/2016 ; 16:15<br />Invoice number : Chk10094 / Chk10103</p> <p> </p> <p>1. SERVICE :<br />Straight of the bat, the service was pathetic, KFC staff failed to realise that at the times when the lines<br />of customers are extending out of the store, the time to laugh and joke should be at a very minimum to ensure the correct orders are disptached (thus the reason i had 2 x invoices,as the cashier had little or no idea what to do) and to swiftly reduce the length of the queue and to ensure the customers wait is short as possible </p> <p> </p> <p>2.QUALITY OF FOOD RECEIVED :<br />>The wings and pieces of chicken in the box meal was drenched in oil, the sight of it alone was appalling<br />>The rounder in the box was a utter and complete mess, was upside down the garnish was strewn in the box with the sauce all over the inside of the box<br />>The fillet in the rounder was dark brown bodering on black, was extremly dry and tasted disgusting<br />>The piece of chicken and the streetwise was probably the worst chicken i have tasted in my life, was also dark brown and extremly dry </p> <p> </p> <p>Even though the service was pathetic, after a long day at work and being extremly hungry you hope you would find solace in a good meal, this was definetly not the case.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was not the first time we had experienced an issue with KFC Malvern, the service and quality of food we received today (Friday 25/11/2016) was *******.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not mistake my post on Hello Peter, I do not seek compensation in any form, it is merely a medium to inform other customers to expect extremly inferior service levels when patroning the KFC in Malvern.</p> <p> </p> <p>To the people out there :<br />>should you feel the need to indulge in fast food of some kind, please ensure that KFC Malvern is not on your options, trust me this will prevent you from a great deal of anger and frustration.</p> <p> </p> <p>To KFC Malvern :<br />>With respect, the service levels and quality of food is so disgusting i can not find suitable words to <br />describe my experience</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p>
