KFC Malmesbury's disappointing chicken

I have never been more disappointed with food and service in my life. My son decided to buy me some KFC yesterday but WOW the chicken I got can't be called KFC. It didn't even taste or smell life KFC. You could taste the old oil on it and it tasted burnt. KFC Malmesbury must really not think much of there customers.
