KFC Mall of Tembisa, ****ty Service ever.

KFC Mall Of Tembisa Olifantsfontein gives ****ty service. I went there today and purchased Oreo Krusher at the Kiosk, there was no one assisting, that's not a train smash because it's a self service and I know how to operate it. When I went to collect, the last said to me "We don't have Oreo Krusher." I asked if They have Very Berry, she said ya and left me just hanging, no apology, nothing. While I was standing a second lady came, I gave her my receipt and naye she just said "We don't have Oreo." And I told her that no one told me when I bought at the Kiosk. And then she just kept quiet and gave me Veryberry, she didn't even bother saying sorry. Their attitude stinks, and the service is poor. They wasted my time, If I knew before buying, I wouldn't have bought, I just had to settle for Oreo because I had already paid, and I had already waited long to collect. The staff there don't take customers serious, they are so loud and unprofessional, I felt like I was at a Shebeen. Customers were so annoyed. I'm not happy with how I was treated today. I will never set my foot at KFC Mall of Tembisa. Never!
