KFC Mall of Africa with disrespectful workers

I order using the KFC App, but my work address for the food to be delivered. After 1 hour of no food not being delivered I call KFC Mall of Africa, I spoke to the lady who was so rude and said to me I did not click delivery, I told her that my App show's that Food delivered at my work address. She was so rude even asked to speak to the Manager she said she was the Manager , I ask for her name and surname she dropped the line. She called me ***
