KFC Mall of Africa TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN.

If it was possible, i’d rate them -0. i’m so disappointed with the service at the KFC in Mall of Africa (Waterfall). I’ve been patient and let it slide before but clearly, there’s a bigger problem here. i went to order and left to collect something at Cl*cks and it wasn’t even 5 minutes. i came back to collect the order and the one lady told me rudely that she gave someone my order bc i left the kfc. yet my money was taken and i was told i have to wait 45 minutes for the meat. i asked for a refund and she rudely told me to wait for the meat instead of taking my money and leaving. she further said to a colleague that she hopes everyone knows they’ll have to wait and won’t come with stories. this was very unpleasant and upsetting because instead of politely letting customers know that it’ll take some time, she chose to address it with another person rudely in front of OTHER customers. omg. this has been going on for months and it’s only a matter of time before they meet the wrong customer who’ll throw everything in their faces. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.
