KFC Mall of Africa gave me bad delivery service

Bad service I waisted 60minutes of my airtym waiting for my call to be attended to so my query can be solved I bought a meal that comes with a drink but the was no drink with it I used the new KFC app to order since the app doesn't have an option for queries or messages to be sent to the shop I call the customer service line am never ever buying any from here again can you believe this was the first time and my experience is bad thanks for nothing I want my drink I paid for it
