KFC Mall of Africa, Bad service

I wrote a review before, the service at the KFC Mall of Africa is apolling to say the least.

I went there to buy the Festive Bucket on Saturday 14 Dec 2019, they told me they don't have the plates as per the promotion, they were not sorry at all, it was with an attitude that said take it or leave it, I was tempted to, but I had promised the family at home.

I cant take the bad service I receive there, the other time the screen was not working and no one said anything, I waited for my order for 40 min, I only got my order when I threatened to cancel and asked for a manager, I mean, the service could improve. Do better.
