KFC making us pay for something they don't have....no refund nothing

I'm very very disappointed with KFC protea gardens ....I really don't understand how those people operate...the prices go up but the service is very poor. I sent my brother to go get street wise feast 6 pieces for R99.90 he comes back with 6 pieces and 3 rolls and tells me those people said there was no gravy....2gravies I paid for...it doesn't make sense...when I pay for something I expect to receive it...or atleast they should have just told him it's not available before paying...I find it inappropriate money doesn't grow on trees...if it's not thre atleast should have tried replace it with sumthng else atleast....I will stop buying at KFC like I dd previously with da stinking attitude these employees had....yes da kfc it's a protea south but we not stupid we work hard for our cash treat us lIke how other kfcs in other areas treats us.......purchase was done 2018/03/23 order number #475 07:50 I dnt want a call saying should come collect da gravy tomorrow please I have no time to waste
