KFC Maitland

KFC Maitland, slowest service ever!! I placed an order online for delivery, 2hours later my food was still MIA, i called customer care to find out what's happening and they assured me that they will call the store find out what's happening and call me back, needless to say they never did call back. Then, I get an sms stating the driver collected the food and he's now waiting outside for me I go outside and low and behold it was like a bone dry western movie tumble**** and all and of course no driver. By this time 2/30 hours later, and almost time to leave the office I still had no food. I ended up having to go to the store to collect because I paid online, the staff looked at me as if i was crazy as they didn't even know what order I was talking about eventhough I showed them the order number. So now the question remains, why would i get sent an sms saying the driver is outside when my order wasn't even prepared? Pathetic service indeed.
