Kfc Maitland 389 Voortrekker road Drive Thrukf

I just had a disgusting experience at KFC Maitland Voortrekker road this evening.there service is horrible.I was in the car drive thruw wanting to place an order the Lady whom i was suppose to place my order with was talking to he colleague and when i placed my order she started swearing and screaming at my own husband because he asked he is she ready receive our order..she closed the window and refused to assist us and we switch off the car waiting for assistance she returns saying go to the nex window knowing that she has not taken my order so i refused to moved asked for the manager to come in stead her other colleague came to take my order thereafter another lady came claiming to be the manager and i explained what has accured and she agreed that Zikhona Mqikela was taking to her.So i told thats all once she was done the right thing to do was just attending to me but yet she became rude and swearing ,what amazed me is that Zikhona laughed and kept on screaming infront of her manager.This behavour is unacceptable even if the worker does not have respect for her manager knowing she was at fault ..why employ staff whom have no customer interaction experience completely *********** staff ..the service disgusting to client.my order was No 734 Date 2019.07.23 ...rude 60 Zikhona Mqikela address 389 Voortrekker road Drive thru..I even received 5 pieces of chicken in stead of 6 pieces in my box ... Terrible .disgusting.pathetic service.
