KFC MAIN ROAD RANDFONTEIN BAD SERVICE

Good day,

I have a complaint against KFC Main rd, Randfontein…

We were there yesterday 12;49

We decided not to go through drive thru so we went inside…

We picked up a few customers that were un-happy as they have been there for a while and did not get their order yet.. So we waited and after 25min I enquired where our foods was?

First we were not greeted by the cashier Second, we waited 45min for our food,, I even wanted a refund as the one lady (that pack) the food told me there were no mash & gravy And that I had to speak to the supervisor.. I then spoke to the supervisor and she said.. there is mash and gravy??? I then waited another 15min.. No one knew what was going on in that place.. everybody running up and down and not getting anything done.. Best of all there were 15 cars going through Drive thru with no problem.. and they received best service.. but all the customers inside were neglected..

Then I was told there are no containers to put in the mash?? So I received my mash with a coldrink cup??

Then lastly – We watched all the people at the back and even in front that works with the food and NO one had any gloves on therefore all our food was touched With their bare hands.. of which we don’t know where it was last??

The Supervisor did not seem to know what is going on herself and this is really un-acceptable..
