KFC Mahlakung

i went to KFC Mahlakung, Metz and bought ice creams. The lady then gave me ice creams and asked for my phone to enter kfc competition. My ice creams melted while i was waiting for my phone. They denied to give me new ice creams.I complained on KFC on their website 2 weeks back but no one has came back to me. i only received an sms this morning that said they tried to contact me. But i did not get any missed call.
