KFC made me starve

At around 09:00pm ON 30/04/2015, I went to KFC. I am not going back to my place, I am waiting for a bus going to Durban. I decided to go to KFC for supper (take away). I ordered Regular chips, dunked wings and a crunch burger. I Paid R55 for the order. I waited for almost 20minutes for my order. Took the order and left. I'm busy enjoying my supper, only to find I PAID FOR A CRUNCH BURGER, BUT GOT A SNACK BURGER!!!! If I wanted a snack burger, I would've ordered one. A snack burger is small, does not have cheese and the patty is not the same. How can KFC make me pay 100% more on a SNACK BURGER?????? I am utterly disgusted with the service as I am not full, cannot go back because the bus is about to leave... Really
