KFC Mabopane (Walter)is a place where service and customers are not a priority

KFC Mabopane is a place where service and customers are not a priority. I have been buying Meals at KFC MAbopane near Walter for a long time,I have noticed that there is never a time where i waited for less than 20 minutes,I have been at other KFC branches where the chicken and wings are always ready to be packed(Its understandable that other meal take time to prepare). Yesterday(16/09/2018) I was at KFC Mabopane to buy food,There was one till point open/Operating with one sales lady and it froze,all the other tills were closed with more than 5 staff members instore, When i asked the lady (Tillpoint) about opening or using a different till she pretended like she doesn't hear me,I started to get furious and she told me that other employees start at 16:00.The was some guy without a name tech who was wearing a Grey/Blackish Shirt who came to the front and shouted that i am complaining. I waited for about 10 minutes and the staff was busy talking about me(That i think im special) KFC should fix this problem. Good Service must not be location based.
