KFC maake plaza online purchase gone wrong

There was an issue with their online service, I've been waiting for 2 months to just receive a R300 payback. My payment went through but the order could not reflect at the store, the store manager proved and took down my details, he promised he logged the fault with head office and I should get feedback in a week.
