KFC Lydenburg - ****MED ME!!!

I ordered a meal and paid for it online at KFC Lydenburg; after 45 minutes of waiting, they informed me that what I ordered was not available; they did not have stock; and when I requested a refund, I was told that I needed to contact the call center; they are now making it difficult for me to receive MY money.
