KFC loosing it!!!!

What happened to KFC in South Africa? The last few visits to KFC just makes one sick! Always a problem. We received a ice cold family meal to the extend we had to take it back! The chicken is all dried out, RAW Cole slaw Without any mayo ( this salad made KFC, what happened) no napkins, salt or any extra amenities? We ordered ice cream cones just to pay for cups because they do not have cones, REALLY? Okay, no problem..... Give the cups, but hey don't give s****s!!!! Okay please can we have s****s? Again, no napkins???? Just pass it through the window with bare hands!!!! Again, what happened to the proud, all known and loved products of KFC South Africa???
