KFC loosing customers fast due to staff

Disastrous KFC! Tonight 4 of us drove to Chatterton drive thru at 21:20. Security at the door told us the walk in was closed and we must join the drive thru. We, along with 7 other cars all waited in the drive thru queue for 20 minutes when they told us at the window that they closed shop at 21:30. Very disgruntled and hungry we went to Commercial Rd Drive thru. There was also a queue there, so I asked the staff what time they closed before I got in the queue again. The drive thru lady said 10pm. We queued another 14 minutes with 9 cars waiting. And not 1 of us got served! They said they had no cooked chicken left so closing shop early. Not 1 drive thru could bother seeing all the cars on the cameras queued in the drive thru and inform us they closing! I used to work for the drive thru KFC, so I know the procedures! We had timers thru the drive thru! How times have changed for the worse! Good thing I do know where KFC Pmb head office is, so expect my visit tomorrow! Very disappointed and hungry too!
