Kfc Long Road bad service

Paid for food to be delivered. Waiting almost 1 hour and 30 min, 3 phone calls later and they said that the manager I spoke to is on lunch I must phone in 30 min since she is on lunch. That after she said that she would phone me at 14:30. It is 15:10 now no money, no food.
