I called in for my order at half ten spoke to a lady that I’m going to go get it at 11:05 I was late got there at 11:30 found a lady at the till who was rude I told her I’m coming to collect my order she told me there are no orders And walked away from the till. Not to ask anyone if there was an order. I stood there she takes the money from my hand and asks what my order was. A lady called Gomololemo was busy chatting with others by the entrance she overheard us and walked to the back so I thought she was going to collect it. When I stood back from the counter the lady at the till shouted she should leave the order. No explanation or anything given to me. Those people there are very unprofessional
