Kfc what is up with you. KFC Lighthouse Bluff. Bought a 8 piece family treat for supper last night. First the ice cream was tasting funny horrible taste to the choc sauce i called them all they did was apologoise, now note i spent over R80 on ice cream..that money was wasted. Got home dished up i had 1 piece a breast it vwas ok, so my son who doesn't complain complain about says his chicken doesn't taste right its raw when i checked it was a brown color can't explain checked my baby's and hers was the same my husband had a thigh and it was ****** so obviously we never ate it. My baby had the 1 box of chips the other box was cold and tasted like cardboard..so we took it back this morning now i must hear that they can only replace 5 pieces of chicken that was brought back. What about tthe chips what about my ice cream. We paid for a meal that wasn't edible so much for taste guarantee. Our meal was ruined our money wasted and now you KFC wants to tell me about policy only certain stores replace your full meals!!!! My kids had noodles for supper where they were looking forward to their kfc!!!!! I am so sick of KFC. Staff are rude, service sucks and food quality is trash!!!!! No more will i waste cent on you people!!!!
