Kfc Lichtenburg Mall

I ordered the cappuccino and then customized the order by adding on the breakfast wrap. When I went to collect the order I was then told that the cappuccino is not available even though on the app it showed it is there and available. I got told that when the hot drink is not available then a Cappy drink is offered. Cappuccino is R 27.90 Cappy is R16.90 There is a price difference there so upon asking what happens to the change no answer is given. Ultimately I was given the large coke in a glass which I find it distasteful I coukd have been given a 1.5l coke which is retailing a rand less from the actual drink I wanted. I am not impressed nor happy for that matter.
