kfc liberty promenade mitchells plain

i received such poor customer service from Kfc Liberty Promenade on 4th February 2020. At 18;30 i ordered the All in one special of R99 . I was number 393 . After twenty minutes of waiting for my order i realised people who ordered long after me received their order already . They were already by order 399 and i was still waiting , after 30 minutes i asked them a few times , with no response from any of them , not even asking me my number , as i head to repeat it several times before i got a response , and realizing that my order was never placed , but i paid already for it . Not even an apology or explanation , after the 6th time i queried about my order , i asked for the manager , and she just asked my order number and then prepared my order without even apologizing or anything .

Very very poor . No people s****s really
