Kfc Letlhabile Bad Service

Kfc Letlhabile does not meet the criteria of being a franchise of Kfc at all... Every time i visit the place is just degrading everytime. The first time from the third scenarios that i have encountered is i came in the store to buy icecreams and the excuse was the machine does not make the icy cream and they sold watery ice cream as i walked out of the door. The second one was they did have meat on time they make you wait for almost an hour to give you your order. Worst part i believe they did their backround checks about letlhabile that they will be catering the mass especially around month end. The question is Is it because of they dont have competition or is it we dont have a choice we will buy??? So it boils to the brand does not take care of its supporters.. Today i visited the shop and bang Cash only option as they are currently unable to accept debit orders or any method of swiping which i had to go and look for a Atm to withdraw and they dont have street wise buckets containers. It poses a risk to go and search for an Atm around 8pm and use a Nedbank Atm and charged for using different Atm because i use Absa. Worse part the nyaope boys they warn us before we even step in the shop.Most customers have bank cards with and they were turned away. Someone please come and save us. My order was placed at 20h02 and realised around 20h25 with only 4 people ordered. We were waiting for meat to be cooked and when you get home the meat is halfdone. There is blood from it.
